It's official. I have just signed a contract to start a new job in Beijing come August. I will be teaching in Dulwich College Beijing for a minimum of two years! I am pretty sure that I could dedicate an entire food blog on Beijing and many people are doing so already. We will see what I end up doing. I would hope to stick to my guns and do some kind of road trip in one of my breaks and only then write up a post on whichever part of China I do. Who knows, I may not be able to contain myself and end up posting every day like a real blog!
