Singapore!

I have just yesterday passed my PGCE with Outstanding status and to treat myself I booked flights to Singapore for christmas and new years.  Well ok Singapore was a long time in the planning as I have been living with a Singaporean for the duration of my PGCE who is also in love with everything that is food.  Her family are in the food industry (Abalone, Shark fin and birds nest) back in Singapore and I will be staying with them.  Singapore is amazingly famous for its top quality, wide ranging food and with the connections through my friends family, Singapore is going to be a serious experience in gastronomy... :o)
